This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, delivering bespoke financial solutions and exceptional service. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening client relationships and driving business growth, while collaborating with internal specialists to provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for HNW clients, ensuring their financial needs are understood and met.
- Portfolio Growth & Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand client portfolios and achieve revenue targets through cross-selling and up-selling.
- International Travel: Travel to every other month to support client engagement and business development.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to AML, KYC, and sanctions screening requirements, escalating risks where necessary.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with Treasury, Settlements, and Operations to deliver seamless client service.
- Operational Support: Oversee accurate execution of client requests, including transfers, deposits, and account management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a customer-facing role within retail financial services or banking.
- Strong knowledge of AML regulations, FCA rules, and compliance frameworks.
- Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken) – highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Degree-level education in finance or related discipline.
- CeMAP qualification desirable.
