As an Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to gain hands-on business insight, helping you to develop key skills and experience. We have exciting and varied opportunities across our Commercial Insurance function. The internships will run from June to September 2026. What you’ll be doing: Working on projects that will have a positive impact on our customers and colleagues, adding real value to the business. Developing great personal and business skills, with support from mentors and highly experienced business leaders. Researching and preparing reports, presenting findings to stakeholders at all levels, in line with the placement objectives. The experience has truly highlighted the diversity and breadth of career options available within the insurance industry.” Our Summer Intern opportunities Marketing in Bolton or London: Build marketing and analytical skills by assisting in the deployment of AXA’s Sustainability Strategy. You’ll promote AXA’s Climate School through the curation and creation of materials, tracking engagement and other activities to support activation of the strategy. Underwriting Pricing & Portfolio in London: Opportunity to work with our Underwriting, Pricing and Portfolio team on an enterprise level project that supports the evolution of Underwriting. You’ll also develop wider knowledge of the insurance industry as a whole. Distribution & Trading in London: Support our Distribution team through a range of potential activities, including data analysis, market research, event planning and process improvements, while gaining insights into customer engagement and the financial industry. What you’ll bring: Currently studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or have graduated within the last 12 months. Must be available for the full duration of the internship from mid-June to September 2026 on a full-time basis (35 hours per week) in one of the nominated locations listed above. You’ll need to live within a commutable distance of your offered location.
