- Maintain a 12-month rolling forecast for all products.
- Validate forecasts and production schedules with the group planner.
- Lead monthly forecast meetings with key distributors, converting the next three months into firm orders.
- Prepare reports on orders, sales, backorders, KPIs, and logistics performance.
- Align promotions, new product launches, and discontinuations with the sales & marketing team’s forecasts.
- Add and communicate freight charges, providing Dealers with delivery status updates.
- Generate shipping labels and manifests within the freight company portal with accurate shipment details.
- Process backorders based on incoming stock updates from the Warehouse.
- Liaise with dealer queries regarding expected deliveries and backorder status.
