Are you a detail-driven logistics professional with a passion for operational excellence in the automotive sector? We’re looking for a Vehicle Logistics Coordinator to support the seamless delivery, registration, and lifecycle management of vehicles for a fast-growing brand entering the UK market.
This is a pivotal role at the intersection of supply chain, dealer relations, and vehicle operations — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-led environment and enjoys solving complex logistical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central contact for dealer network and regional sales teams regarding vehicle delivery, registration, and damage resolution
- Liaise daily with logistics suppliers to ensure timely vehicle processing and delivery
- Support customs clearance, shipping damage claims, and system administration tasks
- Document and refine logistics processes to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide accurate and timely logistics data
- Build strong relationships with dealers to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in finished vehicle logistics, ideally within an OEM, distributor, or logistics provider
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and ideally Power BI
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields
