Join our team as a Sales Operations Coordinator, where you will be instrumental in handling customer interactions and optimizing our sales processes. This role involves managing customer orders and inquiries, overseeing key account relationships, and contributing to our continuous improvement efforts.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full cycle of customer interactions, including processing orders, resolving queries, and managing credit and information requests to their conclusion.
  • Cultivate relationships with key accounts, applying best practices to boost both customer satisfaction and account performance.
  • Coordinate effectively with third-party suppliers to fulfil customer needs.
  • Generate and review Sales Reports to manage the performance of accounts within the Distributor sector.
  • Enhance and refine company systems and procedures, aiming for ongoing improvements in service and efficiency, particularly within the new FEWH business model.
  • Keep meticulous records and documentation of all activities and transactions.
  • Engage in project work and be willing to travel as needed to meet the objectives of the business.
