We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team in Cambridge. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with young children and aims to provide high-quality early childhood education.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Plan and implement educational activities that cater to the needs of children aged 0-5 years.
- Monitor and assess the development of children, ensuring that the activities meet the emotional, educational, and physical needs of each child.
- Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
- Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the learning environment.
