What You’ll Do:
- Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, priming).
- Paint void and tenanted properties to a professional standard.
- Treat and paint areas affected by damp and mould, following health and safety guidelines.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
- Communicate effectively with tenants, colleagues, and supervisors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in painting and decorating.
- Knowledge of damp and mould treatment techniques.

- Full UK driving licence (essential).
