Contract: Bank (choose your shifts, no fixed hours)

Pay: £12.65 per hour (Day) | £15.81 per hour (Night)

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide personal care and practical support with daily activities (washing, dressing, eating, mobility).
  • Encourage independence and emotional well-being through friendly interaction and encouragement.
  • Follow care plans and maintain high standards of safety and quality.
  • Monitor and report any changes in health or behaviour.
  • Travel to various locations across Leicester, including Melton and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience supporting adults with disabilities.
  • Medication administration training.
  • Up to date, in-person moving and handling certificate.
  • Ability to travel across Leicester (LE10, LE13, LE18) - access to a car is helpful, but not essential.
  • A UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
