Legal Executive – Family Law Location- London – Hybrid This role focuses on delivering accurate and timely advice and representation across a wide range of family law matters, including managing the disclosure of police information in public and private law family proceedings. Key Responsibilities: Deliver accurate and timely legal advice in family law matters. Manage the disclosure of police information in family proceedings. Develop and maintain knowledge in various case types. Manage your own caseload effectively. Eligibility Criteria: Qualified as a CILEX Chartered Legal Executive (Fellow). Ability to handle complex workloads and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders. Strong analytical skills to provide clear and effective written and oral advice. Proficiency in conducting legal research using databases and applying findings appropriately. Experience in Family Court proceedings. Resilience in a busy and pressurised environment, meeting tight deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
