We are seeking a Junior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a year of marketing experience, looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be involved in various marketing campaigns, from conception through to execution, and will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Support the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, blogs, marketing copy, etc.
• Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively participate in organising promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns.
• Compile and distribute marketing data (e.g., web analytics, rankings, etc.).
• Maintain relationships with external vendors to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
• Monitor and report on competitor activity and relevant industry trends.
• Handle social media accounts and content, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong understanding of marketing techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, Online analytics, Google AdWords).
• Ability to work well in a team and to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Creative and analytical thinking skills.
