Our client is looking for an experienced Paraplanner or Senior Paraplanner to work closely with their Paraplanning Manager and support a dynamic regional team. What You’ll Do

• Financial Analysis: Dive deep into clients’ financial situations to create tailored plans
• Report Preparation: Produce detailed reports covering investments, retirement, tax, and estate planning
• Client Interaction: Communicate clearly and confidently with clients to understand their goals
• Compliance & Research: Stay ahead of regulations and conduct thorough research on financial products
• Recommendation Support: Assist planners in crafting strategies that align with client objectives
• Documentation: Keep accurate, compliant records of all client interactions and plans.

As a Senior Paraplanner, you’ll also:

• Handle complex report writing and advanced research.
• Act as a client‑facing expert, joining meetings alongside planners.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Manage workflows and deadlines effectively

What We’re Looking For

• Fully qualified Paraplanner with proven experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong knowledge of IO, Excel, and financial planning tools
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• A collaborative team player with leadership qualities
• Broad financial services knowledge (desirable)
