About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive Resourcing Coordinator to join a dynamic Oil and Gas team in Aberdeen. This role offers the chance to play a key part in talent acquisition and resourcing activities in a fast-paced industrial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Focus
- Proactively source candidates via multiple channels to build a strong talent pipeline
- Review applications, conduct phone screenings, and shortlist candidates
- Manage CV submissions to hiring managers for approval
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with employment regulations
- Join regular resourcing calls and client meetings
General Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date certification planning
- Organise and manage personnel records
