About the Role
This is a dual-role position offering variety and responsibility. You’ll be supporting the Managing Director with day-to-day administrative tasks while also handling key commercial insurance administration duties. You’ll be a vital part of a friendly team of 12, working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide PA support to the Managing Director, including diary management, correspondence, and meeting coordination
- Handle commercial insurance documentation, renewals, and client communications
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Liaise with clients and insurers professionally and efficiently
- Assist with general office administration and team support
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in insurance administration, ideally within commercial insurance
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
