Job Description

Immigration Adviser (OISC Level 2)

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Location: London
  • Salary: £40k – £50k (Depending on experience) 

Join a specialist accountancy and tax advisory firm renowned for its expertise in international and cross-border matters, now expanding into immigration services. We are seeking a confident and experienced OISC Level 2 Immigration Adviser (or IAA registered) to lead and develop this new division. This stand-alone position is ideal for a professional who thrives on autonomy and is ready to take ownership of the firm’s immigration offering.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Lead and develop the new immigration services division.
  • Prepare and submit sponsor licence applications.
  • Manage and submit UK visa applications.
  • Advise on straightforward immigration matters, including visas and extensions.
  • Deliver clear, accurate immigration advice to clients.
  • Maintain thorough and compliant case records.
  • Liaise with the Home Office and ensure all deadlines are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • OISC Level 2 qualification (or equivalent, such as a solicitor with immigration accreditation).
  • Proven experience preparing sponsor licence and visa applications from start to finish.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a personal caseload.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
