Responsibilities



  • Prepare essential documents for client meetings

  • Ensure every client interaction is positive and client-first

  • Manage client information and transactions efficiently

  • Keep client records accurate and up to date

  • Support compliance and operations with precise data management


What We Need



  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar pension or wealth management environment

  • Detail-oriented with excellent IO and Excel skills

  • Strong under pressure and a great team player

  • Excellent communicator with broad financial services knowledge
