Client Support Administrator
  • Annual Salary: Competitive

  • Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (2 days home, 3 days office)

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Client Support Administrator to join a nationally recognised Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) firm in Bristol. Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide essential support to financial advisers or consultants, facilitating the provision of financial or product advice to clients in compliance with FCA rules and company procedures.
  • Manage your workflow and tasks independently and efficiently, ensuring all activities are completed within set deadlines.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical, product, and provider changes to support informed decision-making.
  • Utilise your strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively, demonstrating a proactive 'can do, will do' attitude.
  • Employ excellent communication skills to work collaboratively within a team and independently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Financial Administration role, ideally supporting IFAs.
