We\’re Hiring: Experienced Temps Recruitment Consultant – HR Division
Location: Office-based in Epsom (4 days/week) | Covering Kent & most of Surrey
Car Driver Essential – due to travel across client sites
Team: Join a high-performing HR division with two established Perms Consultants (8 & 4 years\’ experience at Reed)
Are you an experienced recruitment consultant looking to take the next step in your career? We’re expanding our HR division and seeking a driven Temps Consultant to manage and grow our temporary recruitment offering across Kent and most of Surrey.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Running a busy temps desk focused on HR roles (HR experience not essential)
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Collaborating with two experienced Perms Consultants to deliver a joined-up service
- Working from our Epsom office 4 days a week, with regular travel across your patch
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in recruitment – temps experience preferred
- Strong relationship-building and business development skills
- A proactive, driven, and collaborative approach
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car – essential for travel across locations
