Day-to-day of the role:

  • Administer HR areas including benefits, employee relations, and recruitment.
  • Develop and ensure compliance with Employment policies.
  • Support payroll processing and recruitment with a focus on inclusivity.
  • Manage data for organisational reporting and handle confidential information securely.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • CIPD membership and qualification at least Level 3 or equivalent experience.
  • Solid HR Generalist experience with knowledge of best practices and employment laws.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to manage complex situations.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
