Key Responsibilities:- Lead and oversee recruitment efforts, including the management of applicant tracking systems on Workday.
- Design and implement HR policies and procedures that adhere to legal standards and industry best practices.
- Serve as the primary HR professional on-site, reporting directly to the Site Plant Manager.
- Address employee relations matters, offering mediation and guidance to ensure a positive workplace culture.
- Develop and facilitate training programs to drive employee growth and career development.
- Maintain detailed records within the HR Information System, focusing on sickness and absence management.
- Communicate seamlessly across all levels of the organization, delivering clear and impactful presentations.
- Proficiency in HR software, particularly Workday.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience—support for further CIPD learning is available.
- Analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and inform strategic decisions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles and best practices.
