HR Advisor
Location: Middlesbrough (Hybrid working available)
The Opportunity: Reed HR are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join an organisation on a full-time, permanent basis. This role offers a diverse range of HR activities and the chance to develop your career in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the SHRBP to provide operational HR support across the site, ensuring effective HR practices and positive employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to managers on HR and Employee Relations issues.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and practices.
- Manage day-to-day HR issues and ER cases.
- Maintain accurate employment and personnel records.
- Produce HR KPIs, management reports, and documentation.
- Monitor and provide training to control absenteeism and workforce turnover.
- Support key projects, including Wellbeing and DE&I agendas.
- Drive local or organisational changes with SHRBP guidance.
- Manage onboarding processes for new starters.
- Ensure HR policies comply with employment legislation.
Skills and Experience:
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
- Strong HR advisory experience.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HR policy and employment legislation.
