Are you a commercially astute finance leader ready to take the reins of a high-performing finance function? This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established organisation in West Yorkshire as their next Head of Finance, where you’ll work directly with the Management Board and Senior Leadership Team to influence strategic direction and optimise commercial outcomes.

What we’re looking for:

• A qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a senior finance role (e.g. Head of Finance, Financial Controller, Finance Director)
• A confident communicator and problem-solver, comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to build trust across departments and locations
