Are you a qualified finance professional ready to make a real impact? Reed Public Sector is urgently looking for an interim Head of Communities and Strategic Business Partner (Finance) to join the Council’s leadership team and drive financial excellence across the DCASC Directorate.
Location: Berkshire
Contract Length: 3-6 months with a possibility of getting extended
Day Rate: £650 - £750, inside IR35
Predominantly remote role
Start Date: Immediate
In this pivotal role, you will:
- Act as the senior financial adviser to executive leadership.
- Lead a high-performing business partnering team.
- Oversee capital and revenue budget monitoring.
- Support strategic planning, budget setting, and year-end closure.
- Represent the S151 Officer on all financial matters.
