We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Head of Admissions within an independent school in East Sussex. This pivotal role is responsible for driving student enrolments, building relationships with prospective families, and overseeing the entire admissions process. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, adept at using data strategically, and experienced in managing high-stakes enrolment targets.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
- Recruitment and Enrolment Management: Implement the school's admissions process, manage the sales funnel, and ensure an exceptional family experience from initial contact through enrolment.
- Event Management: Organise and deploy innovative open days and recruitment events, both virtual and in-person, ensuring top-notch customer service.
- Policy Implementation: Oversee the application of all policies and documentation related to student admissions, maintaining consistency in admissions standards and processes.
- Data Management: Analyse enrolment data to set recruitment targets, monitor lead generation activities, and adjust recruitment tactics as necessary.
