Responsibilities
- Oversee financial operations for both regulated and unregulated entities across various geographies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain effective communication with regulators.
- Lead and develop the finance team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Implement and refine financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and control.
- Prepare and present financial planning and analysis reports to the Board and investors.
- Manage and forecast budget allocations effectively, ensuring financial stability and growth.
Qualifications
- Significantly post-qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA, with at least 3 years in a similar senior role.
- Strong experience in financial control within the CFD sector, with a minimum of 3 years in finance at a similar broker.
- Experience with MT4/5 is advantageous but not essential, provided there is strong CFD experience.
- Proven track record of delivering system and process efficiencies and control improvements across finance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage finance for multiple entities across different geographies.
- Proven ability to manage regulated entities, including regulatory reporting and regulator interactions.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of leading and developing a team across all finance functions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to report and present to the Board.
