Fulfilment Manager
  • Annual Salary: Up to £36,000
  • Location: KT, London
  • Job Type: Full-time, In-office
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provision customer solutions and manage BAU (Business As Usual) customer requests.
  • Liaise with partners on orders and support the sales team by providing insights into product capabilities and value.
  • Handle service setup for both standard and non-standard services, including provisioning of new and existing products
  • Pack and ship completed orders and project manage small projects.
  • Test new products and services before they are introduced to the portfolio.
  • Perform various ad hoc duties and assist across other areas of the operations department as needed.

Senior Duties:

  • Mentor and train new staff, ensuring they are well-versed in fulfilment processes.
  • Assist the team lead with process improvement and documentation development.
  • Manage larger projects for the fulfilment team and ensure a fair distribution of work among team members.
  • Continuously liaise with other departments to evolve systems and processes to better support the Fulfilment team's needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in a service provider environment is advantageous, particularly within telecoms network settings.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Confidence to work autonomously and interact professionally with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical ability 
  • Ability to assist the team in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring thorough preparation and follow-up.
