We are seeking a highly organised and energetic Sales Assistant to join our client’s dynamic commercial team. Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Cost Management: Identify and manage supplier costs for freight forwarding across various transport modes. Provide rate quotations to customers, ensuring competitive pricing.
- Marketing and PR: Assist in the creation, production, and maintenance of marketing and PR materials. Keep the Group PR profile up to date on social media and the company website.
- Administrative Support: Arrange travel for senior management and staff. Handle visa requirements as needed. Conduct market and competitor research. Foster strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
