Our client in Bradford is seeking a reliable and proactive Warehouse Operative with FLT experience to support the smooth and efficient running of their warehouse operations. You\’ll be working as part of a dedicated 4-person team, handling palletised goods and playing a key role in maintaining a well‑organised and productive warehouse environment.
Day‑to‑day of the role
- Load and unload pallets daily, ensuring safe and accurate handling.
- Pick stock accurately against paperwork, typically involving full pallets.
- Book stock in and ensure all outbound goods have correct documentation.
- Operate a Forklift Truck (FLT) as a core part of your daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, including sweeping, emptying bins, and general upkeep.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience operating a Forklift Truck (FLT); certification is preferred but not essential.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow paperwork accurately.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude, willing to pitch in wherever needed.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.
