About the Role

As a Foil Blocking Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating foil blocking machinery to produce premium-quality finishes on a variety of printed materials. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship in print production.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain BOSTS foil blocking machines to meet production targets
• Set up jobs according to customer specifications and job sheets
• Monitor quality throughout the run, making adjustments as necessary
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
• Work closely with the production team to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a foil blocking operator in a commercial print environment
• Hands-on experience with BOSTS printing/foil blocking machinery is essential
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good understanding of health and safety practices in a manufacturing setting
