About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading financial services organisation seeking several Administrators to join their operations team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, supporting core operational and administrative processes that ensure accuracy, compliance, and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and maintain accurate data across core systems, ensuring fee structures and adviser charges are correctly reflected.
- Prepare fee calculations and raise invoices for clients and providers.
- Liaise with third-party providers to obtain valuations and complete instructions.
- Monitor and track instructions through to completion, escalating issues where necessary.
- Ensure all work meets agreed SLAs and operational standards.
- Uphold regulatory and compliance requirements, including adherence to company policies and conduct rules.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in wealth management administration would be preferable, however will consider otherfinancial services administrationexperience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a client-focused approach.
- Proficiency in IT systems and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Positive, adaptable attitude and willingness to learn.
