Overview
To provide a high-quality technical service to customers, by installing, servicing, repairing and maintaining their bean to cup coffee machines, water taps and other drinks equipment. To attend customer sites, mainly in and around London, to repair machines, carry out pre-installation site checks, filter changes and drink quality audits, preventative maintenance and installations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Call Outs: Attend emergency calls allocated by Customer Service Desk (CSD) and in line with our SLAs. Fault find, repair machines and identify problem areas ensuring appropriate action is taken to minimise future breakdown.
- Installations & Tastings: Install new coffee machines, water taps and other drinks equipment, liaising with the customer on-site to ensure they are happy with the drink set up. Provide customers with full training on the operation and care of the equipment.
- Service: Carry out PPMs on equipment including PSSR pressure tests. Complete all service documentation post visit to enable jobs to be closed on the system. To carry out stock control relating to machines and spare parts.
- Other: Assist in the workshop with machine set up, parts, repairs and refurbishment/servicing of equipment when required. Ensure parts usage is accounted for and van stock is accurately maintained. Occasionally travel further afield in order to carry out machine installations and attend emergency calls. To maintain and enhance product knowledge by attending relevant courses.

- Experienced in the repair of premium bean-to-cup coffee machines such as Rex-Royal, Franke, WMF.
