We’re partnering with friendly primary schools across Exeter and nearby towns who are seeking caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support their Early Years and Key Stage 1 classrooms.
Your Role Will Include:
- Supporting teachers with classroom activities and routines
- Engaging children in learning through play and structured tasks
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
- Providing one-to-one or small group support
- Helping with classroom setup and resources
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with young children (Nursery, EYFS, or KS1)
- A nurturing and proactive approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification (preferred but not essential)
- DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
