We are urgently seeking an Exams Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with a variety of awarding bodies and be familiar with T-Levels, BTEC, GCSEs, vocational courses, and City & Guilds courses. Proficiency in ProSolution software is highly desirable.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Coordinate and oversee the administration of exams across different programmes including T-Levels, BTEC, GCSEs, and vocational courses.
  • Communicate effectively with various awarding bodies to ensure compliance with examination standards and updates.
  • Organise exam schedules, room allocations, and ensure all necessary materials and equipment are prepared.
  • Address and resolve any exam-related queries from students and faculty.
  • Maintain meticulous records of exam entries, attendance, and results.
  • Adapt to extended working hours during the exam periods, typically starting at 7 AM until completion.
