Carshalton College is seeking a passionate and experienced ESOL Lecturer to deliver Entry Level 1 ESOL classes for a 2.5-week cover period. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse group of learners and make a meaningful impact in a supportive college environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective ESOL lessons to a mixed cohort of adults and 16–18-year-olds at Entry Level 1.
- Prepare lesson plans and materials that cater to the needs of a diverse group of learners.
- Monitor and assess the progress of students, providing feedback to help them improve.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and respect among students.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance teaching methods and learner experience.
