Entry Level Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Recruitment Consultant to join a great client of ours in the Croydon area. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building a career in recruitment and eager to learn the ropes in a supportive environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Engage with clients to understand their recruitment needs and build lasting relationships.
  • Source and screen potential candidates using various platforms and tools.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for client roles.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between candidates and clients.
