Join our client's dedicated team as a Functional Skills & GCSE English Lecturer and play a pivotal role in shaping the futures of students. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in education, particularly in preparing students for GCSE and Functional Skills exams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students preparing for GCSE and Functional Skills exams.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods and materials to enhance student learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and additional support as needed.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff to plan and coordinate lessons.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the curriculum.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in teaching GCSE and Functional Skills English.
- Experience working in Further Education (FE) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the current educational curriculum and examination standards.
