Job Description

My client is seeking a Compensation Manager EMEA & OSP to lead the strategy and execution of their compensation program. This role is pivotal in designing and managing competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation strategies that align with their goals. The successful candidate will work closely with the Total Rewards team, US corporate headquarters, EMEA HR Leadership team, and EMEA Exec Management to ensure their compensation offerings attract, retain, and motivate top talent while maintaining financial and regulatory compliance.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage the development, implementation, administration, and communication of compensation programs and projects in collaboration with Total Rewards, HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Finance teams.
  • Oversee the annual compensation process in partnership with EMEA Business Unit Leaders, Finance, and HR teams, including planning, execution, and analysis.
  • Design and manage salary structures, job evaluation systems, and pay-for-performance programs.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Collaborate with finance to develop budgets and forecast costs for total rewards programs.
  • Maintain job architecture, job descriptions, skills, and compensation in partnership with divisional leaders, HR, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Conduct compensation surveys, research, and analysis on market competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trends.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports and analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years’ experience in compensation and benefits management, focusing on EMEA & OSP regions.
  • Experience in FMCG, high growth, or fast-paced companies.
  • Strong understanding of multi-country compensation and benefits administration and regulations.
  • Proficient in HRIS, preferably SAP SuccessFactors, and advanced Excel for data analysis.
  • Experience with compensation benchmarking tools and benefits management platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
