Electrical Manufacturing Engineer
- Annual Salary: £50,000 – £55,000

- Job Type: Full-time, Continental Shift Pattern
We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team in Kent. This role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in electrical engineering within a manufacturing context, ready to tackle challenges with innovative solutions.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods, utilising knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling, and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.
- Analyse and plan workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout to maximise efficiency in the production process.
- Collaborate with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products and assist in the transition from product development to production.
- Design, develop, and test various tools, machinery, and equipment for recommended manufacturing methods.
- Perform product/process analysis for cost reduction, quality improvement, and improved efficiency.
- Represent manufacturing during cross-functional projects, ensuring designs are manufacturable and that manufacturing issues are addressed during the design phase.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Manufacturing Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, automation, and control systems.
- Proficient in CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to work under a continental shift pattern, ensuring flexibility and commitment.
