Hours: 35 hours per week
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
A fast-paced and inclusive education establishment in Sheffield is seeking a Post-16 SEND Education Support Worker to support High Needs learners in overcoming barriers to learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support learners aged 16+ with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Track and promote progress in Preparation for Adulthood, Maths, and English.
- Adapt to varied learning needs and manage behaviour effectively in classroom settings.
- Work flexibly across different learning environments and support plans.
Essential Requirements:
- Significant experience working in education with young people, ideally including SEN learners.
- Proven ability to manage behaviour and support diverse learning needs.
