E-learning Specialist/ Online Learning Instructional Designer
Salary – £45k – hybrid

Job Description
We're looking for a forward-thinking e-Learning specialist to build and deploy impactful online courses to join our Training team on a 1-year fixed contract with the view to develop into a permanent role.
As part of the role you will be applying insightful and practical learning theory principles to design effective online learning experiences, delivered for our worldwide employees via our Learning Management System in order to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles to the highest capabilities.
Experience and duties:
• 3-5 years experience as an instructional designer and/or eLearning creator in design and delivering online based learning course content that captivates and resonates with the learners
• Proficiency in designing online learning content via e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Yyond, Camptasia, etc.
• Experience in managing Learning Management Systems ideally Access LMS
• Proficiency in applying insightful and practical learning theory principles to design effective online courses that elevate learner experience
• Experience in Project Management and liaising with various stakeholders in the business
• Passion for innovation and testing new learning methodologies to drive learner engagement and success
• A strong sense of visual design principles and meticulous attention to detail
• Positive and professional demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills
• Team player with a can-do attitude
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Desirable qualifications:
• Recognised qualification in training such as CIPD
• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design or Education
• Experience with graphic design and multimedia development
