I am working with one of the largest Digital Marketing agencies in Essex, who is recruiting for an experienced Paid Search Executive to join their Marketing Department. This role offers the chance to work on diverse client accounts across various industries, including eCommerce and service lead generation. It's an excellent opportunity for a specialist to make a significant impact by implementing new processes and driving proactive changes.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage paid search campaigns for both client accounts and our business portfolio.
  • Onboard new clients, ensuring all tracking and analytic functionalities are implemented correctly.
  • Create and execute strategic plans to meet monthly and quarterly objectives.
  • Handle daily optimisation activities for each campaign.
  • Participate in client meetings, providing updates, strategic recommendations, and results.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader Marketing team to deliver unified strategies across different businesses and sectors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 years of agency or in-house experience in a dedicated Paid Search role.
  • Current Google Certification, with a deep understanding of the latest platform updates.
  • Demonstrable experience in strategic planning, campaign execution, and delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of key conversion tracking, audience creation, and segmentation.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and Merchant Centre.
  • Experience in Paid Social campaigns through Meta is highly advantageous.
