Are you looking to join a global leader in business services as an SEO Executive? If you are looking for an exciting role that is crucial in leveraging marketing activities and shaping the strategy of a great team then this role may be for you.

You will be instrumental in auditing, monitoring, and implementing Technical Local Paid Search & SEO strategies.

Day-to-day responsibilities of the role:

  • Support the Search Marketing team across SEO, Data & Insight, Paid Search, and Content to deliver priority Organic Search projects globally.
  • Assist the Digital Projects & Deployment team with the rollout of digital projects, including new website crawls & launches, competitor analysis, and social media initiatives.
  • Develop SEO management processes and best practices to support colleagues across the business and its subsidiary brands.
  • Serve as a reliable SEO contact for international markets, addressing any BAU SEO related issues with their websites.
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience, Digital Projects and Deployment, Digital Account Management, and third-party vendors to deliver the operational implementation of the Digital Search Strategy.
  • Work across the organic & local search landscape, delivering results through both organic and paid search channels to drive conversion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in technical SEO, including analysis & reporting, on-page, and local search strategies.
  • Good understanding of SEO best practices, technical SEO changes (e.g., robots.txt optimization, 301 redirects, hreflang, canonicalization, schema), and the use of SEO tools like SEMRush, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs.
  • Understanding of search engine algorithms and their impact on the organic performance of websites.
  • Ability to use third-party audit/SEO/Search tools to carry out web quality audits.
