Recruitment Manager β Marketing & Digital
- Location: Manchester β Hybrid β 2 days at home, 3 in office
- Job Type: Temporary β 6 months
We are seeking a talented and experienced Designer to join a dynamic team within a successful B2C business on a temporary basis. You must be available to start work in August.
This role requires a creative individual who is comfortable managing the entire print and packaging process from brief to completion. You will work closely with the Design Manager and Marketing team to produce a wide range of brand-consistent communication materials for both print and digital media.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Design Manager and Marketing team to meet the company\βs design needs.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and meet company standards.
- Comfortably switch between print and digital media projects.
- Create packaging artwork and ensure it is prepared for various printing processes, including Litho and Flexo.
- Assist in other creative tasks such as video editing and photography as needed.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as an artworker/designer
- Preferably have packaging experience working on consumer products β desirable
- Must have experience of setting print artwork for different print processes using Litho & Flexo is Essential
- Possess a strong packaging background β with a strong portfolio to showcase your skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and a completionist attitude.
- Strong presentation skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment across multiple brands.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with wider teams.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft 365 β Essential
- Experience in creating packaging artwork is essential.
- Video editing and photography skills are desirable but not essential.
- Available to start in August
- Salary Β£40k basic β negotiable β depending on experience
