Are you a confident and experienced Customs Agent with a strong background in road freight? Our client, a leading logistics provider, is seeking a dedicated Customs Agent to join their in-house team in Coventry. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your expertise in import/export documentation and transit declarations will be highly valued.

About the Role

  • Completing Import and Export SADs and Transit Declarations for road freight.
  • Preparing port authority references (e.g., PBN, GMR) for vehicle movements.
  • Supporting internal planning teams and external customs-only clients.
  • Reviewing and validating customer documentation (invoices, CMRs, etc.) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintaining internal tracking spreadsheets for invoicing purposes.
