The Role: As an Early Years TA, you’ll be supporting children aged 5 and under in a play-based, creative environment. You’ll help them develop key early learning skills, build independence, and enjoy their first steps in education.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the class teacher in daily activities
- Setting up and facilitating engaging, child-led learning experiences
- Providing tailored support for children with additional needs
- Promoting a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
