We’re looking for a data-driven and creative CRM Executive to join a dynamic marketing team in Guildford. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising CRM campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage targeted email and CRM campaigns
- Analyse customer data to personalise communications and improve performance
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and digital teams to align messaging
- Monitor campaign metrics and report on ROI and engagement
- Support CRM platform management and automation workflows
What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years’ experience in a CRM or email marketing role
