Level 5 Teaching Qualification (PGCE / Cert Ed or equivalent).

Degree (or equivalent) in relevant Subject.

Experience delivering high quality lessons to 16-18-year-olds in Further Education.

Safeguarding knowledge and understanding.

Strong communication skills and ability to engage well with learners.

Current Clear & Enhanced DBS on the update service (Beneficial), All Reed Education candidates will have 2 years’ referencing taken up and will be required to have a DBS check completed. All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks.
