A growing international Bank based in the city is currently seeking an experienced Credit Analyst to work as part of a small team. This role is crucial for managing credit risks and supporting the decision-making process. Excellent opportunities for development and progression!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage credit applications and limits.
  • Prepare and review pre-approved credit limits for annual review by the Risk Committee.
  • Continuously review credit policies and procedures and recommend updates or improvements.
  • Review the adequacy of loan loss provisions and prepare industry studies as required.
  • Monitor compliance with credit policies.
  • Review and update credit procedures.
  • Support the Credit Officer and manage the Credit Administration Officer's tasks in their absence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Credit Analysis within a financial institution.
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, credit structuring, and risk assessment.
  • Experience in aviation and shipping project finance preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling tools and credit systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
