We are supporting a chain of Nurseries who are expanding. They need dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to work in their Nursery in Cramlington. This role is pivotal in providing high‑quality care and education, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment that supports their development and learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging activities that promote children’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment, adhering to safeguarding and health & safety policies.
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, sharing information with parents and carers.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support individual learning needs.
- Ensure compliance with EYFS standards and nursery policies.
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional well‑being through effective strategies.

Essential Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (e.g., NVQ Level 3, CACHE Diploma).
- Proven experience working in an Early Years setting.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
