Are you an experienced legal secretary with a background in residential conveyancing? A well-respected high street law firm is seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Secretary to join their friendly and professional team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to conveyancing fee earners
  • Prepare and manage legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries from clients, agents, and third parties
  • Open, maintain, and close client files in line with compliance procedures
  • Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Assist with Land Registry applications and SDLT submissions
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely document filing

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a legal secretary, ideally within residential conveyancing
  • Strong typing and document production skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • A proactive and professional approach to client service
  • Familiarity with conveyancing processes and legal terminology

Salary & Benefits:
