Conveyancer

Day-to-day of the role:
- Handle residential and commercial property transactions from initiation to completion.
- Prepare and review contracts, reports, and other legal documents.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Utilise IT and case management software proficiently.
- Conduct regular file reviews and case status updates.
- Achieve monthly financial and completion targets.
- Ensure prompt billing and collection of outstanding balances.
- Develop and maintain client relationships and enhance the firm’s client base.
- Participate in training and professional development activities, including CPD and CQS training.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Conveyancer in both residential and commercial property transactions.
- Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
