Conveyancer

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Handle residential and commercial property transactions from initiation to completion.
  • Prepare and review contracts, reports, and other legal documents.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Utilise IT and case management software proficiently.
  • Conduct regular file reviews and case status updates.
  • Achieve monthly financial and completion targets.
  • Ensure prompt billing and collection of outstanding balances.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships and enhance the firm’s client base.
  • Participate in training and professional development activities, including CPD and CQS training.

  • Proven experience as a Conveyancer in both residential and commercial property transactions.
